AC Adapter did not work June 11, 2009 P. Malabad (Harrisonburg, VA) I jumped on this when Digital frames were just coming out, paid too much for it then, and the AC adapter did not work. Both a generic adapter and have forgotten everything else. I have 11 years of watching my kids grow up and it is inspirational.
A very solid and functional device January 17, 2007 Mark (Virginia, USA) It works quite easily and was a breeze to set up, my only complaint is that it looks a little cheezy.

br /Fairly durable too, A 5 foot drop onto wood floors did not break it.

Good but difficult to use January 14, 2007 M. Phelps (Anderson, IN USA) I like the full featured frame for the low price. The display is clear and displays the images like the more expensive versions that I have seen in stores. I can load pictures form memory sticks directly from my digital camera and from computer memory drives. I was very disapointed in the limited amount of information in the users manual and the multifunctional control buttons are not intuitively obvious which ones control which function. If you are techno challenged then don't buy this product. It's low price is attractive but you will have to figure out how to use it.
Not so great January 11, 2007 Soosan Thomas (USA) Unless you see from one angle, you cannot see the picture in the LCD screen
A nice frame for the price January 9, 2007 L. Allen (Florida) It's a nice frame at a good price. It is very easy to use by inserting the memory card directly into the frame. But I haven't had as much luck trying to connect it to my computer and download pictures. I'll admit, I didn't spend a ton of time trying but it's not as user friendly as I had hoped. I am still happy with the purchase though.
