Nice Frame to put a standard card picture in... March 8, 2010 Michael (Barbados) This digital frame does not work. Like practically everyone else, mine started to flash the logo... this was after approximately 20 minutes of use. Unfortunately, I can't return it, as I bought it over a month ago and it would be cost prohibitive from my country. Oh well, guess I've wasted money before...
quit working February 25, 2010 R. Davis (Texas,USA) This particluar Smartparts digital picture frame quit working (will not turn on after being plugged in and switched on) after one week. Up until that point it was working beautifully! I have two other 10.4 inch smartparts digital frames that have no problems whatever and have worked well every time they are turned on. My office mate has a 7 inch smartparts digital frame that has been turned on and working continuously (24/7) for three years now.
Does not work February 23, 2010 TwinkleToes This frame arrived this morning but unfortunately as with other buyers, is defective. The screen just flashes up with the start up logo repeatedly and does nothing else. I have contacted the seller through Amazon and I am hoping to get a replacement or refund soon. I will update my review once they deal with this. I am dissapointed to have received a unit from a 'bad batch' as we have owned a smartparts digital frame before and was very pleased with its quality and performance. I hope it will be resolved soon and will add to this review with information about how they deal with this issue.
Very Good Value February 11, 2010 Hazwaste (Texas) $70 plus shipping for a 10" digital picture frame is about as good of a price as you are going to find. I bought one of these for my parents and one for my wife last Christmas. Both were happy with it and have not had any problems.

br /Also, the "wood" frame looks very nice. I did not expect the auto-off feature in a frame this inexpensive (turns off the frame automatically when the room is dark), but it does have one and it works fine. Only thing missing is auto picture rotation, so if you have any portrait-style pictures they are going to appear sideways on the frame. This is easy to fix though if you just rotate your pictures before moving them over to the frame's internal memory or SD card. All in all, I was very happy with these purchases.
Product problems, but great service February 5, 2010 James Carroll Had trouble with the picture frame right away as I tried to load pictures to gift along with the frame. Contacted the seller and they were 'great'. Shipped the product back and received full refund plus the shipping. Couldn't ask for more. I don't blame the product too much as electronics can sometimes fail just from being shipped. The service was far more important!
