 No warranty--Tricod is a scam June 7, 2010

Digital frame quit working. Called both phone numbers listed on the Tricod website multiple time for 4 days with no answer. I had sent them an e-mail using their "Support" e-mail address on their website. One week later still no response. I would suggest Amazon drop all Tricod products because if you need to use Tricod's warranty--you will get no help.

I like this one- I only had it a few hours though so I will respond back after using it longer.
br /It is a crisp clear super easy to use- plug it in, put in a card, hit power.
br /Wish the frame wasn't so bulky but, the picture is great the size of your picture is as promised.
br /15" diag. so your picture will be all but, 9" x 12".

br /Note: they do show this with a SDHC card but, the box only lists SD - However I just put in a SDHC extreme 4g it worked fine.

br / Hello. I would say that this was a nice price for a 15" digital picture frame. Well as the saying goes you get what you pay for. After 6 months the frame is pretty much "kaput" broken. The screen goes black after approximately 20 minutes of show time. I am frustrated, because after emailing TRICOD with no response and then numerous times calling their California office with a message indicating a connection could not be made or just getting the voice mail no matter what time of day the call is made. I became frustrated and then just plain angry. I felt like I have gotten ripped off by TRICOD.

I purchased this product in May 2009 and was pleased with the ease of use and beautiful high resolution picture quality. However, after only 5 months, the frame developed intermittent display problems and sometimes would not work at all. I tried contacting Tricod via their website and phone repeatedly without success. I received no replies to emails and the phone continally had a message that "No one is available to take your call. Please call back." I tried phoning different days of the week, different times of day for a month with essentially the same results. On two occasions, I reached someone: the first said that they were not in support and would have support contact me within the hour (no one did); the second asked me to send an email and an RMA number would be provided (no email came). I will never purchase anything from Tricod again.
