Resolution is really bad. Colors seem to be saturated (I tried tuning it). But the issue is really resolution. Very bad. I won't recommend this item.

Coby makes a great little photo frame with the ability to listen to music on it as well. I bought one for my husbands desk at work and I loved it so much I had to get myself one. The screen quality is great and you can't beat the price and the options on this frame!

I bought this for my mom as a first digital photo frame. She is very happy with it. Likes the woodgrain finish, can figure out the features, and enjoys using it. The photo quality isn't great, but I paid about half the list price for it, so for that price it's fine. I wouldn't pay the list price - you can get a better frame for that much - but if you find it on sale like I did, go for it.
Poor picture quality, buggy with USB device February 23, 2010

Poor picture quality. Connected to my laptop thru USB port, external drives appeared in "My Computer" but was not accessible, so I could't copy file to the picture frame. I also tried to connect a USB drive to the picture frame, but the slide show was not running smoothly at all. It was stuck at one picture and showed that picture again and again. Very disappointed.
