This was easier to use than some of the reviews stated. I also think the picture quality is really good. No problems yet. I love the internal memory.

i chose samsung because i like their flat screen tv's and their stylish looks. i was pleased with the product that came to my door.

br /picture quality is great, and the design is pretty sleek. we've loaded pictures on the internal hard-drive and filled that up quickly.

This is the worst, technologically bankrupt product ever produced by this Samsung ppl. The least said the better,, Please try another brand,, It is a no go sale, I regret the one I bought, wished I could return it for my money

I expected to be able to program what folders or photos would be viewed in what order. And maybe something a little more functional than 'dumb' buttons on the BACK to control this thing.
br /Other than these glaring shortcomings, the overall construction appears solid and the photo images are great.
br /Final verdict...it's 2010 Samsung!!! Give us some current technology. A remote control would be great and expected in a digital photo frame instead of these buttons on the back of the frame.

I purchased this product as a Christmas present for my wife. I opened the package and found what I thought was an Owner's Manual. It was actually the same two pages written in about 15 languages. All it showed was where the buttons were on the frame. I kept trying to get to a menu and do some set up but was unsuccessful. I finally went to Samsung's web site and it asked for the model number which was nowhere to be found on the box or the included publication. I finally found it under the power supply connection. After entering the model number I was switched to the international web site. Once I entered the model number I finally got to a screen where I could print out the Owner's Manual. The manual was 38 pages long.

br /The web site also wanted me to register the product but every time I clicked on the link I was told that the page was unavailable.

br /I don't know whether this is a good product because I haven't done the set up, yet. Very user un-friendly. On another note, Samsung's web site is the ugliest one I have seen for a long time.
