I bought this product as a gift to my mom and I am highly disappointed.

br /The picture quality and resolution is awful. You do not even want to look at the pictures. The colors are distorted. Your lips will look bright orange.

br /The screen is too small.

I bought this a Christmas present for my mum, then purchased three more for gifts to members of our family. The picture quality is excellent and it's very easy to use. I really wanted the 10" frame but the jump in price from 7" to 10" (currently at almost £250) is completely unjustified. Overall - highly recommended.

Works great! We purchased a cheaper brand and it worked for 2 days. Returned it and upgraded to the Sony. We are extremely happy with the quality, crispness and look. Grandma says she sits there for hours watching it scroll through her twin granddaughters pictures.

Internal memory is limited.
br /No refresh mode for data in internal or external memory.
br /No capability to select different slide shows with selected stored photos.
br /There is an upgraded verson with more memory but the differences were not obvious when I bought this Sony product.
br /Buyers check your requirements for this type of product.
br /Sony claims display module is replacable? Hope it does not fail.

The LCD of this frame has poor resolution; you can't see the pictures sharply. Although it is the cheapest range in Sony's lineup, I was really disappointed with Sony for coming up with such lousy products.
