Its built-in USB port also supports USB thumb drives, adding more flexibility for picture sharing.

| Customer Reviews: On/Off, Etc. July 24, 2010 Kathie (Ohio) The primary function of this frame works very well: colors and clarity of photos displayed on the frame are very nice.
br /
br /The frame will perform the "off" function, but will not turn back on, although the menu shows that the on function is enabled, Off/on is not that important but it would be convenient for the frame to turn off at night and on in the morning to extend the life of the LCD.
br /
br /Other functions, such as shuffle, are disabled when the frame is turned off and back on (so I'm assuming the "on" timer function turns off when the "off" feature is triggered).
br /
br /I contacted the company's support function, but their instructions did not resolve the problem. The menu continues to show these features as on or enabled, but they do not function. Frame reset to factory default and resetting the functions makes them work.
The software ruins the frame July 18, 2010 mgs333 Will try to keep it short as I hate long, drawn out reviews.
br /
br /The frame hardware is good, the colors, the image quality etc.
br /
br /What kills the frame is its abysmal software. Just 2 things I can remember now is that the shuffle always turns off when you turn the frame off and on. In the settings, the shuffle will show as 'on', but you must reselect it in order for the shuffle to be on, otherwise it'll show the pics in order.
br /
br /The other thing is the only way to transfer more than 1 picture at a time is via connecting it to the PC via USB cable. Otherwise from memory cards, USB sticks, you can only copy 1 picture at a time. Imagine that.
br /
br /I haven't tried it but apparently the function to have the frame come on and off at certain times doesn't work well either. [...]
br /
br /It's just amazing that a company like HP (or maybe it's actually not surprising) puts out such ridiculous software on their products. I bought this directly from HP and will probably be looking to return it.
